50plus Handyman example 'lite' plumbing and electrical jobs

A number of our handy persons are competent to undertake 'lite' electrical or plumbing works. Lite electrical includes changing/replacing accessories (e.g. socket fronts, light fittings) but excludes new circuits, consumer units and similar works. Lite plumbing includes changing tap washers / cartridges where there are isolation valves, basin taps, ball valves and flush valves that do not require the toilet to be removed but excludes the heavier work such as replacing bath or kitchen mixer taps, replacing immersion elements and cylinders and similar works.
